Erkan has been an ally in our homebuying journey. When I first spoke to him I brought up that one of the most important qualities in an agent we were looking for was someone who can respond quickly if we wanted to see a home and he absolutely delivered! He is a great communicator and felt he was actively involved throughout the process of home buying. We never felt pressured or rushed, but felt we had a friend standing by with us to get us what worked best for my family. Erkan recently helped me sell my little cottage in Gearhart, Oregon, the same home he assisted me with buying nearly three years ago. I couldn’t have been happier with both transactions. Erkan’s knowledge of the real estate market and his intuitive business savvy really shined through in his capacity as my Seller’s Agent. Taking many factors into account, he was able to suggest a profitable listing price that proved to be right on target. Within a week we had multiple offers, all at full asking price. Despite a few hurdles, Erkan skillfully walked me through the closing process and across the finishing line on time, all while doing everything in his power to keep the negotiations as stress-free for me as possible. Erkan handled the offer we received on our home while he was out of the country, visiting family. He was still timely in answering any questions, & keeping us informed even though there was several hours between time zones. He gave suggestions for us in our negotiations, which all worked in our favor. We were able to close the sale without any major issues. His friendly personality made the process, & our interactions pleasant. We would highly recommend Erkan to anyone in the area who is considering buying or selling a home!

To say that I was impressed with the ownership, service and support from Erkan would be an understatement. My wife, our two children and myself were out of state, in search of the perfect home for our family, and he began helping us before we had even moved. He went above and beyond to seek out everything we had asked for and more, not only locating our new home, but negotiated the asking price more than $20k off with additional sums taken off closing costs after inspection. He communicated every step along the way, reassuring us when we hit speed bumps that he was going to do everything in his power to help us make it to the finish line. For this, and so much more I could not recommend Erkan enough, and will never use another agent.

Great agent. Listened to us. Took care of all our concerns. I really felt like he had our best interests in mind the whole time. Because of his expertise, everything went smooth and seemed to just fall into place. Two solid offers above asking price the first day listed. Hands down, ask for Erkan!

Erkan has been the calm center of my universe for the last two months. I decided to sell my house and get into something bigger. Erkan helped me work out all of the details and we were able to get my house listed and under contract within a week! We also got a new house under contract at the same time. He helped coordinate closing dates so timelines didn’t force us to be homeless after my house was sold. Saying this process was stressful would be a total understatement. I was ready to blow my lid more than once and Erkan was great about talking some sense into me and giving me honest feedback regarding every situation that came up. Real estate is confusing in even the simplest situations and he did a great job of sharing his experience and knowledge throughout the process. We closed everything right about on the original closing date and my family loves the new house! It’s been a rollercoaster ride of emotions and he was right, it was worth it in the end.
