Dorrie knew exactly how to present my house as soon as she walked in the door. She knew furniture placement for best presentation, and instead of listing as a commercial property, she knew that selling as a duplex would bring fast results. She was right on all counts. Other agents I had interviewed before Dorrie did not have her marketing skills, and she was always available whenever I had questions.

Dorrie was great!. We had a difficult finance situation and Dorrie helped us throughout the entire process. We had to change lenders and she assured us that all would be ok. We were not so sure. But thankfully she was right and we purchased our dream coastal cottage.
